Looks like its going to be a fast track. Now I just hope I will be able to make it out this year.

I went out today to help out, but only Kent and another guy were there (forgot his name, sorry), so we all just practiced driving around the new track a bit. Big thanks to Kent for allowing me to run the course, as I had a lot of fun. I've been in the hobby for years but am just coming back from a several year hiatus. I was able to run my Slash 4x4 around until I broke a rear u-joint at the axle stub about a battery and a half into the session. While broken, I took a couple pics of the other guy's cars. Kent was running a 1/8 truggy and the other guy a 1/8 buggy. Wish I had my actual camera with me as I had to use my BlackBerry to take these pics...

Looks nice Kent.I would have shown up but went to Wenatchee to race.I and Les lucked out,20 some buggies and we made it in to the amain mostly by DNF,but thats racin.

that's cool Ed. how did you do in the main.

first last place,still even in the main race there was only 7 buggies that finished,its hard to believe that many buggies dnf through out the a and b main,maybe 13 total.

Eddie, Roy, Stephen and I went to tricities Sunday and did some racing. It was the first time I raced my rc8t and after some loose parts were tightened down things went well. I got 2nd place in the A main and 4th in the 4wd slash A main. They had 66 entries and the day went on with no problems. We even got to race under the lights! Justin and Darren do a great job running the races. They even had the races live on the Internet at liverc.com. Can't wait for the first race on the 25th.
